Shatterhand is a 2D action-platformer game released in 1991 for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). After surviving an ambush by a high-tech terrorist group that leaves his hands mutilated, police officer Steve is rescued by a revolutionary organization. To fight back, he volunteers to be equipped with superpowered bionic hands, setting out to liberate the city and exact revenge on those who destroyed his life.
