Wacky Races is a 2D platformer game released in 1991 for Nintendo. Although it’s based on the classic cartoon series, oddly enough there are no actual racing stages. Muttley gets tired of being put in perilous situations during races with Dick Dastardly, so he decides to take charge this time to help his bumbling but loyal companion finally become the winner of the race.
The Lion King is a 2D platformer that, despite being aimed at a younger audience, offers challenges for players of all ages, even on easy mode. Simba is a young lion destined to succeed his father as king. However, his uncle murders the reigning king to seize the throne. After a period of exile, Simba must return to confront Scar, end his tyranny, and claim his rightful place as the king.
