Heart of the Alien (Sega CD)


Heart of the Alien: Out of This World Parts I and II is an cinematic platformer game released in 1994 for Sega CD. This is the direct sequel to the game Out of This World. The story picks up immediately after the ending of the first title. Now you control Buddy, the alien, who must return to the prison he once escaped from to rescue his people.

Blade Warrior is an action game with RPG elements released in 1991 for the Amiga. An evil entity has emerged, defeating the kingdom’s most powerful wizard and shattering his mystical stone into several fragments. Now Blade Warrior must gather all the pieces of the artifact, which is the only way to gain enough power to destroy the villain.

Airwolf (Nintendo)


Airwolf is a horizontal scrolling shoot ‘em up game released in 1988 for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The villain Pig Bad has kidnapped the brother of experienced pilot S. Hawk and is now blackmailing the military with the threat of detonating nuclear missiles. Your mission is to board the supersonic helicopter to prevent the catastrophe and rescue the hostage.

Spriggan Powered (Super Nintendo)


Spriggan Powered is a 2D side-scrolling shoot ‘em up game released in 1996 for the Super Nintendo. What sets it apart is its use of pre-rendered graphics, similar to those used in Donkey Kong Country. Because it was released late in the console’s lifecycle, it was able to take full advantage of the Super Nintendo’s technical capabilities. It was the third game in the Spriggan franchise trilogy, though it has no connection to the previous titles.

Road Rash (3DO)


Road Rash is a motorcycle racing and combat game released in 1994 for the 3DO. This game raised the bar for its time, delivering a complete multimedia experience.
