Spriggan Powered (Super Nintendo)


Spriggan Powered is a 2D side-scrolling shoot ‘em up game released in 1996 for the Super Nintendo. What sets it apart is its use of pre-rendered graphics, similar to those used in Donkey Kong Country. Because it was released late in the console’s lifecycle, it was able to take full advantage of the Super Nintendo’s technical capabilities. It was the third game in the Spriggan franchise trilogy, though it has no connection to the previous titles.

He’ll use his entire arsenal of gadgets and traps to try to catch you. The arcade cabinet featured a fully analog joystick that allowed for precise character control, unlike the typical 8-way directional controls of that era.

Nemo is a platform game released for arcade in 1990. Don’t confuse it with the classic Pixar/Disney film Finding Nemo. The princess of Slumberland appears to young Nemo asking for help to save her father, who has been kidnapped by the evil Nightmare King. You take control of the Dream Master and must restore peace!

In the game, Japan and the United States must join forces to combat a powerful terrorist group that has declared war on humanity.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan is a 2D platformer released in 1990 for the Game Boy. The mission follows the classic storyline we know from the animated series: April O’Neil has been kidnapped by Shredder and Krang, while their henchmen try to prevent her rescue. You can choose one of the four heroes and travel through New York City until you reach the challenging Technodrome tower, where you’ll finally face the bosses and save the reporter.

Willow is a 2D side-scrolling platform game with action and shooting elements released for arcade in 1989. The story follows the movie’s plot but takes creative liberties. The evil queen has turned to darkness and seeks to dominate the world. The young wizard and his brave swordsman companion are the only hope to protect the sacred baby and defeat all evil.

Rayman 3 (Game Boy Advance)


Rayman 3 is a 2D platformer game released for Game Boy Advance in 2003. Globox, Rayman’s best friend, has put the world in danger. By devouring the terrifying black Lum, he has angered the Hoodlums, who plan to rescue their master at any cost. It’s up to Rayman to save the day and find a cure to free his friend from this curse.
